2nd Online Tournament of ( KOF 98 )

Announcing the 2nd Online Tournament for all Pakistan.

TOURNAMENT FORMATE:

1st tournament committee will made 4 groups each group has 10 members.
1st round will be of 5 wins.Best of 9(means who win 5 first Wins the battle n will gain 3 points)
Top 5 Players from each group will proceed to 2nd round.
2nd Round there will b 4 groups of 5,5 Players (groups members will select by randomly or by alphabetically).
Top 2 players will proceed to quarterfinals(Best of 19,First to win 10).
Winners will proceed to Semifinals(Best of 19,First to win 10).
Then Comes THE GRAND FINALE (Best of 29,First to win 15).

RULES:

1. First win or lose respect your opponent.
2. If match played on ggpo it should be recorded n give here in ur sub-topic of groups.If played on 2df then the Recording link.
3. Due to light conditions 1 match can played in parts mean it will start from new coin old score will count.
4. If a Person continuously quite from losing match then he will ban for entire tournament .
5. Tournament Committee's Decision will be FINAL.
6. If both players want to play on same side then they will play 5/5 coins on P1/P2 n continue.
7. No character or move is ban mean Daimon bug is allowed, Athena,Mai,Choi's escape is allowed, Infinities are allowed.
8. No system is banned , EXTRA and ADVANCE both are allowed.
