| Mujhe lagta hy keh general talk men ye bhi ata hy to aisa b ek topic hona chahiyay.
Sab se pehlay mein apna question pochna chahon ga. Aur such btaon to aj kal yehi 1 tention hay meri. Wo ye ke
1- How to reduce weight? OR Motapay se kaisay jaan churai ja sakti hy?
Aj kal computer aur games ki waja se aur private jobs ki (khaas tour pe meri job ki) timing ki waja se itna time nai mil pata ke koi sports kheli ja sakay to meri tarah boht se larkon ko ye problem hoga. Aap ke khayal aisi kya tips & exercise hain jo helpful hon.
Tips se muraaz meri ye ke jaise raat ka khana kha ke fouran sona nahi chahiyay, kuch walk krni chahiye. Aur exercise koi bhi ho sakti hy mgr behtar hy keh wo aisi ho jo hum kahin bhi kr sakain.

| Rashid Weight barhana mushkil kaam hai , lakin weight kam karna intahai asan kaam hai bro.. me 3,4 saal pehlay kaafi interested tha exercises etc me so sab say pehlay tou is ko 1 science ki tarah samjho. me ziada detail me nai jaonga bas asan alfaz me samjh lo The energy value of food is counted in calories so jo b chiz hum khatay hain os me 1 khas miqdar me calories hoti hain(calorie chat dekh sakty ho). aur jab hum koi b kaam karty hain ya bethay,laity,sooty,sans laity rehtay hain tou wo calories burn hoti hain, Ab lets suppose tum 2500 calories 24 hrs me khatay ho aur tumhari 24hrs working,walking,exercise,sleeping me say 1800 calories kharch hoti hain tou wo baaqi jo 700 calories hian wo apki body mass me add ho jati hain isliye aap ka wieght barhnay lagta hai, thik isi tarah agar apki bodydin me 3000 calories burn(use) kary gi tou jo 500 extra calories ap nay kharch ki hain wo apkay bodymass say kharch hongi so is ka asar ye ho ga k apka wieght kam hona shoro ho jay ga . abhi aur b kai chizain count karti hain lakin main thing jiss ko samjh kar aur jissko apni diet ka hisa bna kar aap gain/loss kar sktay ho wo yehi hai. baaqi har khanay ki aur har move/exercise ka calorie chat net pe aam mil jata hai bas total sab count karo aur phir apny body ko jaisa chaho bna lo.....its just matter of knowledge | |

| Thanx Bilal for explanation. Mujhe kuch had tak calorie theory ka pta tha mgr itni detail nai pta thi. Men ne apni roteen men khana kam kr dia hy, aur roz 2, 3 hour ki walk & some exercise include kr li hain. Ab men ne vegetables pe focus kia hua hy q k kuch paka ke bhook khtm krne se behtar hy ke kachi vegatables se halki bhook mita li jaiy, They have less calories. Prince tum ko is thread pe weight increase krny ki tips pochna chahiyay, mujhe dar hy tum kahin taiz hawa men ur hi na jao. Aj kal hawain bhi taiz chalne wali hain. | |

| I did a research about weight gain & loss and I learned many things. sab se pehli bat to ye ke Bilal weight kam krna boht mushkil hy aur is ke bilkul ulat weight barhana boht asaan hy. Jitna ap khana khatay ho normally, us se thora ziada khao, aur dil khole ke pani piyo aur phir TV pe ya PC use kro. I m sure 7 days men ap ka weight increase hona shuru ho jaiy ga. Actually mera apna bhi aisay hi increase huwa hy, Job aisi hy keh 6, 7 hours tk bethna parta hy aur isi douran khana kha ke phir betho to aisa kr kr ke weight aj aisa ho gya hy keh Pehlwan bulatay hain sab. Weight kam krny ke liye pehle to khana kam krna parta hy, aur cheeni kam use kro, aur sath koi exercise ho. Sab se top exercise running hy jis men hr part of body work krta hy aur charbi khatam hoti hy, aap ko 1 min ki running se start krna chahiyay aur us ko 30 min tk le jain chahay is men 1 month lagay ya 2 ya ziada. Men ne jo point note kiya jo mujhe apne liye behtar laga hy, wo ye ke na mujh se exercise honi hy na khanay se hath rok sakta hon. Aur meetha to mujhe boht pasand hy, is liye cheeni pe control nai kr sakta. To koi sports start krni chahiyay jo weight loss krti rahay aur sab se hard sports jis men weight fastly loose hota hy wo Football hy. | |

Rashid wo sab sirf theoretically hai jab k me nay practicle weight loss karwaya tha apnay aik friend ka 7,8 years ago when i was in touch with exercise..oska weight 80+ aur waist 36'' thi with lots of charbi so me nay os say challenge kia k agar wo 1 month regular exercise meri nigrani me karay tou me oski waist 32'' aur 6 packs abs bna donga...khay piye jo marzi... so wo sirf 14 ya 15 din aya regular jiss ki wajah say oski waist 34'' tak aa gai aur charbi khatam+abs bn'ny shoro hogay thay ...so its not a problem 4 me to weight loss..gain me albata banday ki routine ziada work karti hai gaining is more expensive also | |

| yar mera tu weight na barhta ha na kam hota ha mai jo marzi karo chahy khana zaida khao ya kam fix hai 59KG Aur Rashid weight kam karna ha tu GYM join karo waha kuch machines hoti hain exercise ki jn sy weight kam ho jata ha aur motapa b kam ho jata hai. pait ki game kiya karo pait ki game sy murad wo game nai ha jo 9 months baad asar karti ha | |

| for me hum ko pehlay yeh dekhna hay kay hamara wazan kam hay ya ziyada ya normal tu BMI chekck karlo sab or phir decide karna hay kitna barhana hay ya kam karna hay 3 years ago i was weighing 49 and my bmi was 16.9 i was under weight and was very curious about my weight but than i came know about the BMI and got the idea how much weight i need to gain so i worked on it now i m 64 and my BMI is 22.7 so i am now in perfect weight for more u can use this link http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htmhope it will help u but dont take the weight problem light as it is foundation of all the problems like heart attack diabetes strokes so do take care of ur health if possible for u please join the gym for me the gym is not possible(due to some stomach problems) so i do walk for 20 minimum daily and if u want to make ur body in shape u must join the gym. | |

| I can't check my BMI yet cauz I have to check my current weight first. I joined a nearly gym some days ago but due to my job timing I can't go regularly. My eating habits is healthy I noticed and all it is my job rotine which cause weight increase. Thats why I have 2 ways for weight loss, one is to change job which is not yet possible, other ways is using "unhealthy ways to weight loss" like smoking, starvation etc which I don't want to use. | |
