The tournament conducted the best professional video gamers and some of them are biggest celebrities in this field over the nation so it was resembled as PAK GAMERS CHAMPIONSHIP while they indulged the recent 20 20 trend in this tournament pattern so the champions were about to win 20 matches. this championship held for 2 video games and both are world's renown and big hits MORTAL KOMBAT & THE KING OF FIGHTERS. Industry knows the both name very well because of recent entitled films were released under both franchises. So the tournament is at its own invincibility by having such anticipated titles and the biggest players of Pakistan.
First fight was planned for MORTAL KOMBAT. 12 finest players were being participated for irreversible glory distributed in 2 teams 6 for THUNDER WARRIORS and 6 for FREEZING RAGE. the teams are multivalued by the different gaming characteristics of players. Tariq Rathore aka (MKRayden) was the leader of Thunder warriors and he is also the whole n sole chairperson of MK NEXUS ONLINE and the next best thing that he is master and the most senior player in Mortal Kombat. while at the other end, Freezing Rage were being leaded by Zia who is almost newbie in Mortal Kombat but has proved his master skills to challenge the big shot. further more Zia has the Term Ace here for Mortal Kombat and that is Nabeel. The one who is in full form and ready to beat any one. Now in first match the battle was held between experience and enthusiasm.
The tournament started with the very basic and common scene we can suppose that 2 leaders were standing with their teams to make toss for deciding the first offending team to begin the battle. whoever looses the toss had to show its opener first so the other team gets the chance to handle them more tactically. Zia lose the toss and declared his first offending tag and it was Shahzeb in lead and Nabeel in Strike. They got 5 Coins to play against Thunder Warriors. The other side Tariq Rathore sent his first defender tag and it was Anthony in lead and Waqas in strike. They got three coins to hold the Mk Tiger (Nabeel) back. However after the long efforts and endless spirit of glory both teams came to an end where both teams have their last coin. The tournament went very tough and highly anticipated.and at the last coin Finally FREEZING RAGE got the winning title. Undoubtedly Nabeel proved himself a "BEAST" who ate Thunder Warriors and rewarded Man of the match but Thunder Warriors also showed extra brilliant gameplay against Freezing Rage to bring them till last moment. No mourn but a bearable, the second battle is left. and it had to be in THE KING OF FIGHTERS franchise that is extraordinary popular and being played by millions of people since 1994 in Pakistan and world's Top ranked arcade fighting game ever. In this championship organizers adopted the 12Th episode of this franchise and that is THE KING OF FIGHTERS 98 ULTIMATE MATCH. the finest and perfect professional episode being played in Karachi since last 4 years. it was the same episode that was also selected in Karachi Winter Warriors Tournament by Mk Nexus Online group few days back. Now again in the same game for the same title 2 teams are about to have their glorious victory.
In this game Thunder Warriors are quite hopeful to win because of its team players. Thunder warriors have Kashif who is also very famous as "USTAD" all over the Pakistan. The one who is Continues Champion and winner of all tournaments and leagues of The king of Fighters 98 ultimate match. All over the Pakistan he is still unbeatable and undisputed. Hammad Shabbir is the one who also won Karachi Winter Warriors Tournament by Mk Nexus. So here are the main celebrities and here is the main event. Here we can say that this battle would be between Kashif (Ustad) and Waseem vs Hammad Shabbir.
Again game was started by making Toss, and this time Freezing Rage got the chance. Thunder Warriors announced its first offenders and they were Tariq Rathore in lead and Waseem in Strike. Freezing Rage got no one but Hammad Shabbir so even the team looses the toss or wins, they are all up to Hammad Shabbir. So the defenders were Nabeel in lead and Hammad Shabbir in strike.
Unbelievable game was played by Mr. Psycomantis (Hammad). By loosing 4 coins Hammad Shabbir knocked out the whole Thunder Warriors. No one was able stand against the Continues Champion. This victory was totally awesome rather than the Mortal Kombat where both teams where on their last chances. But here we saw ONE MAN SHOW and Hammad Shabbir is still continuing his Undefeated Title.
Freezing Rage got the both titles. One by Nabeel and one by Hammad. and the battle got its end for now. but their spirits are young and energetic. They will clash again to keep their pride and passion.
The whole event revealed many extraordinary facts that were obscured till yet. first of all that we have such committees which are regularly feeding this sport activity even they don't get any anticipation and support from media or from corporates, but they are keeping their talents alive as much as they can. and they are doing very well. Furthermore, how much heroes we have in our nation but we never bother to notice them. we saw some in Karachi, how many are left in other city? we must proud of them. They are our nation's assets and we must explore them as they deserve and bring them up to rise our nation's name and pride.
