GENERAL/STORY:
Heir of the Kusanagi family and destined to fight the Orochi, he can wield flames naturally. He won the national tournament and was entered in KOF. His team won the first three tournaments. However, in '97 he had to join with his rival Iori and Chizuru to fight Orochi as destined. After this, everyone was looking for Kyo and he hid in the US for a while. But he was eventually caught by NESTS, who used his DNA to create various "clones." Kyo eventually returned to the tournament and his friends. On a side note, Saisyu is Kyo's father and Yuki is Kyo's girlfriend.

i love kyo but its not a strong char .. many players can easily broke its hits.. i like kusanagi but he dont have enough combos . so what to do guys ?:(who is best for me dark

both are strong once u have grip. i saw many players having KYO as their main player though its little difficult to use him in VS match but if u watch his gameplay from videos and do practice u can play him

I agree with it as I have played against good KYO players and they just waste your health

well guys...gues am late.....but...kyo is one of the strongest and fastest characters in the game....he doesnt need power stocks.....he does the most damage in his very small combos..he can stunt opponent very easily.....he(simple kyo) has the most annoyed fireball in the game.....and he has one of the most fastest jump and jump attacks in the game....kyos jump b beats many air to air attacks in close combats...u count them yashiros D chris's cd iori's D clarks'D.....his jump D beats almost every thing at its range....even goro DF+C.......along with his jump down+C which knock down opponents and gives ideal space for other setups......the only u need to know with kyo is how to get close......to do tht u can watch dakou videos tht how he gets close and then u can continue ur own game play with him....kyo is evil when he gets opponent in corner.....even characters like goro yashiro and chris have no chance if they get in corner....so play him fast really fast or play like a cheap player using his down C and qcf+A all day long......

yeah... agree but the b, and q attack in air of every character can stop the opponent attack..

Rest I like your words...moreover kyo perform one unblock able attack not HSDM, that is C while the opponent is standing up press C. but that need critical timing...
I saw that moves in some combos.

DF you are talking about kof 2k2 Kyo? If yes then I need some vids links to observe Kyo gameplay. I m die hard fan of Kyo but using him in kof 2k2 is difficult to me so I need some routines to play with him.

Rashid U must watch how some online player play with him like Kyoma and KMG5661. Normally they take Kyo and 2 random just for example watch this KMG matches with one kyo and two randoms

yes nice style, all u have to do is JUST ATTACK with random hits with kyo.........!!!

not random u must now which hit to make and when.
